We hired All My Sons Moving to move us in and out the same day. We were told we would have professional movers with quality service. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!. We had damage to our residence we left - holes in walls that we had to remedy - and then once they delivered, there was damage to a number of pieces of furniture plus walls. We had just had our wooden floors redone and mentioned it to the movers and they still put some scratches on the floor. A couple of movers groused the whole time about the size of furniture. Unprofessional, Inexperienced, crew. District office (Pittsburgh area) misleading and not willing to correct their own mistakes. After quoting us 3 worker for 4 hours to mover our goods.. so we agreed to use them.. before the move the district office called my wife and convinced here we should pay for 4 worker.. this way it would go faster since we had several heavy items. They showed up and asked me to move the boxes and bags to make pathways for them to take out the large items. I'm paying them to move the boxes ... read more

In doing so, we try to gather as much information over the phone as possible. Except in the instances we send out an estimator, that is the information in which we use to base our estimates. WARNING! Horrible! My best friend and I had booked them a month or two beforehand on agreed on the rate. They just called the day of the move to give us a new rate saying they made a mistake on the old rate. Now we are left with no movers! DO NOT hire these guys.
My experience with All My Sons has very, very poor-- so poor, in fact, that I have been inspired to write a bad online review to tell the potential customers to please keep shopping around, lest you avoid frustration and expensive damage to your goods. My moving experience was fraught with horrible inter-company communication, very poor customer service, and a lack of follow-up from the management, but it did not start out this way.
