Ethan was great! I understand a quote is a quote but when is over double the quote. Terribly disappointed. I felt like I have totally ripped off my the company. It was one bedroom to a one bedroom 20 min away from each other. I will never recommend this company

DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING SERVICE! This simple local move turned into a lengthy, stressful and expensive move that required my active assistance for this poorly run business to execute. With only a few furniture items to move locally, items were dropped and damaged in front of me.

Hours late, never called, broke my bed, refused to carry things upstairs, complained about working all day. It showed in their work. Worst $1500 spent. Avoid at all costs.

I would like others to know that if you would like people to come in your house and waste your time to please contact them. They were rude and just drove off without any explanation. They made false accusations and could not move us. Never took pictures to prove accusations because they could not. Told us they were going back to their truck to get suppliaa was a to move us and just drove off. The only reason I knew they left was someone from the company called and told us they could not move us. At least I got my money back.... read more

I would like a copy of the signed contract $843.00, and the $100.00 deposit from the phone. Their quote was $443.00 total. I paid $943.00. The driver called the salesman when I disputed the price. The salesman, FAST TALKER, said oh sometimes it's a LITTLE more. I protested, he said I couldn't get my furniture unless I signed the contract, and If we kept talking on the phone the price will go higher!!! I was handcuffed my 2 pieces of furniture were held hostage. I'm seeking $500... read more

Let me preface this by saying Nat and his crew were very professional and efficient. Our items were moved safely and there was no damage. I can� t say that our experience with the business office was the same. After our original move date got cancelled because of poor communication between the call center and local office the manager switched the price on us at the last minute - after the original quote was signed off on. No Stars! Unprofessional, UNRELIABLE LIARS, and inconsiderate. This company is pitiful. I was scheduled for a moving service on 5/30/24 and they canceled on me at 6pm after they guaranteed on multiple conversations throughout the day they were coming. Craig and Mike kept saying we are coming, we are coming just running behind all the way up until 5:30pm. Then at 6pm calls and say they can't make it, offered to reschedule for three days later. WISH I COULD PUT MINUTS STARS!!! Most awful experience ever! Cancelled the day before my move. Offered to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Uumm..sure I will just live in the street for 2 weeks. Gave name of 2 other moving companies for me to call. Guaranteed me they would help. .nope they do not service my area. One company they suggest only does long distance moves, when I called back to state this they basically told me I was lying as both those companies do service my area...wrong! in conversation with my neighbor, found out... read more

Chose this company due to the assurance that we would be given two qualified and capable movers with a 26 foot truck and with a dolly (just assumed it would be a working dolly) to help move my kids. They charge an hourly rate, so having one guy and a quarter without a working dolly and 20 foot truck, smaller than promised, caused this job to take far longer than quoted.
