Proceed with caution. They were friendly on the phone when I made the appointment and were able to give me the date I requested. I explained that I needed packing as well as moving due to being injured and having knee surgery. One day prior to the moving date I was called and they had no record that I would require packing. Stay away from this company! Unprofessional, unreliable, and lacking any knowledge of how to pack and move belongings. Movers arrived very late and LEFT early without finishing the job!! If I could put ZERO stars, I would! And their rates are ridiculous--especially when there's no value in what they offer--which is very little! Total waste of money!
Worst moving experience ever. Sent 3 young kids, with no clear leader/ mentor. They were fooling around and didnt know how to wrap my furniture properly. Got lost and were 45 minuets late, they took a back road and got the moving truck stuck in the mud- delayed the move 4 hours. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHARK SNAKE RATS‼‼‼‼ @allmysonsmoving is a terrible experience... the sad apart is the people that work for the movers we're all very nice but the coordinators and management here are pathetic with providing a good customer experience!!! Used all my sons last year to move. - pick up delayed until it was cancelled to the next day - very very slow - broke some kitchenware - honest about it but told me if I wanted a refund to talk to the company (I learned a hilariously difficult thing to do) - Was Overcharged and couldn't get anyone to provide me a true receipt. Every time I called I spoke to someone different who was having computer issues could load any receipts. There appeared to be no real record keeping. Every total they calculated was different. With this company, the customer is always WRONG!! Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had with a moving company. I made a deposit weeks in advance, and when trying to confirm when the movers would arrive, just days before, they tell me they have no record of my deposit ( which I can see went through just fine in my online banking app). I wish I could choose 0 stars... This Is the ABSOLUTE most UNPROFESSIONAL moving company I have EVER experienced. First, they scheduled my move yesterday and gave me an ETA of 12pm-2pm. The guys arrived around 4:45pm, took inventory and then their manager reached out and told them to leave and that they'd get me today with a 3 man crew. These people not only over charged me but destroyed my new home. Multiple holes in my walls, scuffs, even scratched one corner so bad the framing is exposed, broke all of my dishes, and one of the movers bled all over my off white carpet and if my son hadn't seen it they wouldn't have said anything! With 4 movers (at an additional +$30 an hour) the job took way too long 7 hours for a job that should've taken no more than 4 hours and the charged me over $2000 to destroy my house and break my stuff! Beware of this Company! Sept 7th I hired All My Sons to move my husband and me into our new home 9/25. We were moving from a townhouse to a ranch house and planned a 3 man crew for 8 AM. Deposit made, date booked, and received several emails with company guidelines in the preparation of the move.
