They wrap every piece of furniture with blankets and tape it shut. This takes a very long time. They took twice as long for me to move home then it did for me to move there. They charged twice as much money. They broke two pieces of furniture. When we arrived at our destination they charge you before unloading the truck. They overcharged me and I had to make several phone calls before I got the money back I was due they were honest and return things they found to me. I will never use this company again.

Eddys team, you guys rock! Tetris masters and hard working. However your guy in the office I am not too thrilled with. Needed my stuff moved 7 miles to a 10x10 storage unit. Also asked about 2nd load to the dump in opposite direction. I live in Roy. Was told no problem. A week before I called to cancel. Afraid was going to be too expensive once realized they are out of SLC. The guy convinces me it is not. Even arranges to move date up. Assures me will have plenty of time when inform him dump closes at 5 and storage at 7. But... read more

I would never hire or recommend, not only were they a day late for the move. They were unprofessional at best.. they damaged over 30 % of the furniture they moved. When arriving at the new location they demanded payment for the whole job before they would unload the truck. I guess this is a way they get paid for services that are not acceptable. They should not be a moving company more like a demo company

Local office and workers were fine, corporate office has been unsatisfactory, regarding the claim for damage floor. Update I received a check in the mail today, dated May 25, 2021 and postmarked May 28, 2021. The check was for $135.00 which was the settlement amount they offered and I (reluctantly) accepted.

Do NOT use this company if you have to move on time. On the day of my move I got a call at 2pm telling me they weren?t gonna make it. I set up another appointment for the next Saturday and was guaranteed they would be there first thing in the morning. That next Saturday same thing happened. I got a call around 1:30pm that they were not gonna make it. They said they would see about offering a discount for another day. Never called me back. DON'T EVER USE THEM they are the worst company ever, they lost my fridge door parts were extremely late, don't return calls,took 2 days to move. Broke leg off my table, cost me all the food I had in the fridge.

I would give them no stars. Talked with the owner. So I will not go into details, but it should not have taken all day. Stick with the well-known movers. Same price.

They arrived without ANY tools to disassemble furniture which I was told they do. Lucky we had a screw driver. When we arrived at our new residence they almost left without placing a mirror back on a dresser once again lucky I had a screwdriver oh and yes we had to screw the rest of the screws to both beds so we had to also place mattresses back on beds. Never will I use them 1,100 dollars for not even a full home.

They sent three young men and they were all very nice. Two of them tried to work hard and one just kind of tried to be in charge. They were exhausted by the time they got to my small job and had very little energy. They worked jobs before mine and just were worn out.
