Do not use them! Set up moving day for a Monday. They did not show or call. When we contacted them, they claimed they called and emailed a couple times to confirm. However, email and caller ID confirmed that was a lie! They rescheduled for Friday. Informed us we were their second move of the day. When they didn't show up by mid-day, we called and were told they would be here at 6 pm. At 7:30 pm, we started calling and texting but no reply or answer. We had a small move (from one retirement community to another) booked with this company last Saturday, June 5th, 2021. The day of the move, they called to say they wouldn't be able to do our move as multiple people called off that day. Left us in the lurch! We had to do the move ourselves. They also should have at least processed my deposit return - but I had to call back in to make that happen as well. Extremely poor service.

Cannot give zero stars or I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their positive reviews are only for the moves the show up for. We scheduled a month in advance and they no showed on our move. It took me calling their national call center on the verge of tears to get any response from the general manager for Pittsburgh, Samuel, who then promised us to have a crew out two days later. THIS WAS A LIE. They had no crews and no trucks even available on that day. Again, it took me calling them to get a response when no one showed.... read more

I would give this company a negative rating if I could. The communication with customers is severely impaired. Initial move was in May, not all stuff was moved due to underestimating on their part. Trying to get one person to help you is impossible. Put on hold every phone call only to have someone else pick up and have to start over. Absolutely horrible customer service, sure folks that answered call were friendly, but when it got down to solving problem-only solution they had was them to put things in storage and wait week... read more

Booked for a move. They never showed. After calling several times and being put on hold for several times the manager finally called and said they had over booked and we were out of luck. "You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them."

I would give them a negative star if it was possible. They struck out on 2 counts: reliability and integrity. Never showed for appointment and then lied about trying to reach us after we waited ALL day. Then offered a " virtual " appointment for the NEXT week. Hey, we're moving folks. We don't have time for this nonsense. You either want a job or you don't! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on this company.

These people are the most awful humans. I wished I had read these reviews before we hired them to move my elderly parents. Everything depended on this move! I called the day before and was told we were the second move of the day and he couldn't give me a time to expect the movers the following day. Red flag! I get a call at 11:00 the day of the move that they are NOT COMING! Gave some BS excuse about an unforeseen circumstance. I hired All My Sons Pittsburgh after seeing negative reviews, because I noticed that a lot of the reviews were related to their costs so I thought if I had everything in writing and asked for clarification, I would be set. All my sons never showed up on the day I was scheduled to move. I scheduled my move for a Thursday. At the time I booked, I was not told that I would be the second move of the day. Their movers are great. Their schedulers and customer service are terrible. They screwed up our first move to storage but we were able to fix. They screwed up our move out of storage by scheduling us for March 29 not April 29. We corrected them again and thought we were good. Come April 27 we call to confirm and are told we are not on schedule and they completed both our moved March 18. So we asked if they could fit us in. We were told no.
