I have hired movers in the past but have never had such a horrible experience as I have with this company. First they were supposed to arrive at 8 to 9 a.m. and they didn't end up coming until 4 pm. Being concerned for how late they were, I was trying to reach the operations manager but he couldn't be bothered to call me back and give me an update on what was going on. DO NOT EVER USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!! I would like to give All My Sons Moving Pittsburgh PA A zero rating. I contacted with them first to move furniture and household goods from a townhouse in Squirrel Hill to a storage unit in West Homestead. They got lost and had no idea where they were going until I called them and asked them where they were. So the move took 3 hours instead of a quick move. My move had been scheduled for a month. They called the day before and said the guys would be here between 8 and 9. At ten I called and they said they were not coming. No one showed up for work and it wasn't their fault. When I ask what now I was told they could put me in for eleven days later. I have to be out of an apartment in two days. I talked to apt. Scheduled a move months in advance. They were scheduled to arrive at 9am. At about 7pm the night before the own called me and left me a voicemail telling them they wouldn't be able to make it and we needed to reschedule. Again, this was scheduled months ago, and you're telling me you didn't know you'd be able to make it until the night before? Completely unprofessional. The worst. They were five hours late. Showed up in flip flops with one less guy then originally stated and then over charged. AND THREATENED TO TAKE OUR STUFF IF WE DIDNT PAY, which is illegal. We had to pay them way to much just to get them to unload our stuff poorly and leave. They tore up the neighbors yard on the way out and have yet to return any calls in regards to the dings in our walls or the yard. Choose a different company or move it yourself. Biggest waste of money

I have been trying to get in touch with this company this week, at first to reschedule my time with them. I explained when I first booked with them that a lot of our moving plans were up in the air. They were understanding and said that they would accommodate us as best they could. I try emailing, I try calling this week, the phone just rings or the emails go unanswered. This company should be called called All My Sons Are Unreliable ! on Friday and called confirmed for Tuesday afternoon. At 5:41pm Monday, I get a message that they have to cancel for tomorrow. I'm 60 and disabled. I worked long and hard to be read for tomorrow. I hired someone to help me pack. My husband took off three days without pay to help me get ready so we can be out of here. Do not use them! Set up moving day for a Monday. They did not show or call. When we contacted them, they claimed they called and emailed a couple times to confirm. However, email and caller ID confirmed that was a lie! They rescheduled for Friday. Informed us we were their second move of the day. When they didn't show up by mid-day, we called and were told they would be here at 6 pm. At 7:30 pm, we started calling and texting but no reply or answer. We had a small move (from one retirement community to another) booked with this company last Saturday, June 5th, 2021. The day of the move, they called to say they wouldn't be able to do our move as multiple people called off that day. Left us in the lurch! We had to do the move ourselves. They also should have at least processed my deposit return - but I had to call back in to make that happen as well. Extremely poor service.
