THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT HIRE THEM. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND RUDE AND ARE NOT WORTH ANY OF YOUR TIME! I reserved All My Sons Moving to assist in a move from Scranton to Pittsburgh. The most horrible moving experience. They ripped drawers off of the metal tracks of one of our dressers. The tracks are now bent and the drawers won't go back in appropriately. They took apart our gas grill and left it in pieces with missing parts. They are slow and wreak of cigarettes due to the multiple smoke breaks. They wouldn't listen to instruction, would put things in the wrong places and have to be told to go back and move it again. If moving isn't stressful enough, this added to it tenfold. Started off well, then sloppy & items missing! Unprofessional. I was feeling confident to use All My Sons, since I have used them 2 other times, but in Maryland. And they were well priced! But this was NOT a good experience. They sent three guys from a third party moving company. Very nice and polite guys. The move started off well and quickly moving. The company is packed "pun intended" with the most unscrupulous incompetent humans. They quoted me a minimum of $459.34 and a maximum of $564.34. The charged my credit card $692 The quote was two hour labor, two hour travel but after they charged me, they said it's a six hour minimum. Chelsea at burgettstown office lied over and over. I seem to have had the same experience as a LOT of others. Take heed. I went with them because they were local and would accommodate my last minute (1 week notice) summer move. Also, their prices were about average. Until they convinced me to go with 3 movers instead of two. They said that with 3 movers, things would go faster, and I would actually save about $70. By far the worst company I have dealt with. Was hopeful this company would repair my brand new wood floor they damaged. I completed appropriate paperwork and notified all movers of the damage. I spoke to the manager and continuously requested claim forms only to receive a declination letter because "nobody was notified". This company does not stand by their word and are extremely sneaky with how they attempt to pass on responsibility to their customers.

Please please please heed this review. All my sons is all sorts of trouble. The call center is the best part of their operation. They will sound great but it is all lies!! Seriously! They quoted me a price, locked in my reservation, and asked for 100$ deposit The day before the move they called me back to tell me it would be more like 40% more than the original quote. This is a real review! If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! RUN,RUN,RUN....No,No,No!!! This company is the absolute worst! They completely took advantage of me. The worse part is they don't really care about there customer's! What is the last thing someone who is moving wants to hear when the moving truck shows up... "This isn't going to fit!" Terrible! The contact people were very nice, as were the movers; however, they irreparably damaged my solid oak sideboard, shattered two platters, broke a drawer on a dresser, and re-assembled my bed frame incorrectly. I submitted a claim, but have not gotten any response. I hired them to avoid all of these issues, but have had to spend additional money to correct them. Do more research than I did and find a better company. Not worth the cost.
