Horrible customer service from the office. Actual people who physically moved us were great. The experience with customer service was unreliable. Would never use them again nor recommend them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Did not finish the job in one day. Was told they will call to schedule to finish the job. I had to call three times. I should have known when in the first phone call the smarmy salesman lied and said "it is amazing - Pennsylvania has a state law that does not allow you to use the $50 voucher. this is a terrible company to do business with. they will bait and switch on the price with you! my quote doubled when they loaded the truck with the same inventory they took to give the quote. the broke, smashed, pieces missing and boxes missing. the other rip off was telling me the truck would not fit into the complex charging an additional $1,000! afterwards i saw several trucks the same size make it in. what a shit show company. run!!!!!!
"DONOT USE THIS COMPANY" I recently used this company and they did not do what they said they would do now I have to get a lawyer. Some of my items were broken and they charged way to much money. DON'T DO IT

I booked my move with all my sons moving and storage. I received all the proper correspondence and the quote. I was contacted by Stephanie 2 days before my scheduled move and received a window of 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! What a nightmare. I tried to call back Stephanie at the local branch and nobody answered the phone (business hours on a Wednesday) No one from the branch even called to apologize or reschedule, and the national number literally said I am sorry, there is nothing we can do!!! This company is a HUGE NO. Dont go with them. I had my moved plan for friday 8th 8am, spot was reserved a month before; deposit made. On the 6th, they call me to revise the quote and confirm all my data. On 7th; at 19:30 I got a call from them saying that they were trying their best but there were no crew available and they needed to reschedule for... june 20th.... they left me with no option; i was returning my apartment that weekend; they took no responsability; they dont even gave me time enough to arrange something else.... read more
They are NOT local-corp office in Dallas - show up nearly 2 hours late staff exhausted as it was their 3rd move of the day. Found they they quickly take your info to book but good luck trying to get a hold of them after that - hold times up to 20 mins. Actually came in under budget because by the time they got there, had them move large pieces only - opted to move small stuff myself. I'd like to say this is the worst moving company ever, but unfortunately I'll never really know. I called them when I closed on my house, they sold me on their services, provided me with a quote, and took my deposit. 5 days before my move, I called them to confirm because I hadn't heard from them regarding a time, etc. the first woman told me it looked like everything was set up but transferred me to the local office for confirmation.
