The service was terrible. $2800 for 4 guys to move a 2br trailer into a storage unit and then a few other items into another trailer for 6hrs. They threw my belongings into the storage unit including antique dishes, furniture. They put my chest/dresser on its side in the storage unit, level on the floor. The dropped my other dresser causing damage. If your mattress have any stains they will refuse to take them as well. So, more moving costs to you to have to go out and but a new bed. Moving from one ranch style home to another. the company i chose was All my Sons. They arrived within the time quoted 4 guys came and I showed them which rooms they would be moving out even though I specifically saw the estimator type things down before hand. 1 of the movers started making comments on how many records i had and I should have been using cds. I would have put 0 stars if I could have. I had a move scheduled two months in advance from the Indianapolis location.They called me the morning of my move and told me they had to cancel because they were overbooked. This was 3 hours before we were supposed to move. What is particularly frustrating is that 48 hours before they called to cancel they sent me an email confirming my moving time and availability. I have used moving companies in the past and this was by far my worst experience. I was quoted an estimate of $509 for a one bedroom apartment. I was informed that I might have to spend an additional $100 for equipment fees. I had two movers arrive at 7:15 in the morning of my move. The first mover walked into the building singing and rapping at a loud tone waking my neighbors.
