The two movers were terrific, and the price for their services was more than fair. But the extra fees the company charged were excessive. I moved exactly ONE BLOCK, but the fuel charge alone was $164, which means I bought them 55 gallons of fuel! Additionally, they charged $149 just to drive to my condo -- I wish I got paid to drive to my job -- AND they charged me $180 for tape used to wrap only a few items (we asked them to move only one delicate item and NO appliances). On February 8,2024 I contracted All My Sons Moving and Storage to move me from one house to another. During the move one of the movers stole my property. I immediately called EJ the supervisor concerning this issue. At no time were they concerned about me or my property. Just shielded the person who stole my property. I made the statement that " All I want is my property back now!! However, they did nothing for me on my behalf for their own employee who committed a larceny (Felony) who stole my property. Terrible experience. Booked a move over the course of many calls. When it came time for the scheduled move I was informed they'd overbooked and recommended a second moving company. So despite the fact I'd already declined other moving companies, I had to start from scratch with quotes, insurance, etc. and was already running a day late to move. When people are moving, they don't have time for this nonsense. The second moving company was unscrupulous too. Nobody needs movers who can't follow through.

I was in a hurry to schedule a move quickly and they booked it but then I get all the charges and totals! I paid deposit of $100. First of all a reputable company will not do that. So being a hurry when I canceled 24 hours later the receipt said they would keep my deposit. When I spoke to someone he seemed to feel bad about my situation and said he would re credit my charge account. Also my messages on phone and numbers dialed have disappeared off my phone?? Well they had to know this review was coming! Booked them 30 days ahead of time for a simple 2 bedroom town move. They were to send 1 truck and 2 guys, simple right? WRONG! Called me 9am on the day of the move to state their trucks were not working and could not move me any longer!! "Maybe tomorrow we can get you in." What??! My entire life was filled in boxes, the dog was boarded!! All was set for the move, but the movers! This is the most unprofessional moving company ever! I am unable to recommend using this company. They either scratched, dented or gouged almost every piece of furniture they moved. They gouged the drywall in our new house entryway and drove a screw through the front of our dresser mirror while trying to reassemble it. They dropped our couch on the sidewalk. I asked if they would reduce the price based on the damage they caused and they would not and instead sent us a claim form to fill out. We were very disappointed with the service. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Sean quoted us $800 and that it would only take a couple hours. he reaffirmed that price when he called us 2 days before our move. moving day came and by the end of it he called to collect $2,000. he said it wasn't his fault his 3 guy crew took 8 hours to move 2.5 bedroom sets, a couch, and a dining room table. mind you, they left half of our house for us to do the following day because "there wasn't enough room on their truck". they moved in total about 10 pieces of furniture... read more

Horrible service! Please do not use this company. I was informed I would receive a call 30mins prior to arriving so I could leave work. They called when they were outside my apartment. They also started the time when they called. They took about an hour before they started moving my household goods. They wanted to see where I was moving to and etc. while all charging me a moving price. So essential I was charged for 90 mins and wasn't anything moved or packed. Then the workers asked for a tip.
