I was in a hurry to schedule a move quickly and they booked it but then I get all the charges and totals! I paid deposit of $100. First of all a reputable company will not do that. So being a hurry when I canceled 24 hours later the receipt said they would keep my deposit. When I spoke to someone he seemed to feel bad about my situation and said he would re credit my charge account. Also my messages on phone and numbers dialed have disappeared off my phone?? Well they had to know this review was coming! Booked them 30 days ahead of time for a simple 2 bedroom town move. They were to send 1 truck and 2 guys, simple right? WRONG! Called me 9am on the day of the move to state their trucks were not working and could not move me any longer!! "Maybe tomorrow we can get you in." What??! I am unable to recommend using this company. They either scratched, dented or gouged almost every piece of furniture they moved. They gouged the drywall in our new house entryway and drove a screw through the front of our dresser mirror while trying to reassemble it. They dropped our couch on the sidewalk. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Sean quoted us $800 and that it would only take a couple hours. he reaffirmed that price when he called us 2 days before our move. moving day came and by the end of it he called to collect $2,000. he said it wasn't his fault his 3 guy crew took 8 hours to move 2.5 bedroom sets, a couch, and a dining room table. mind you, they left half of our house for us to do the following day because "there wasn't enough room on their truck". they moved in total about 10 pieces of furniture... read more

Horrible service! Please do not use this company. I was informed I would receive a call 30mins prior to arriving so I could leave work. They called when they were outside my apartment. They also started the time when they called. They took about an hour before they started moving my household goods. They wanted to see where I was moving to and etc. while all charging me a moving price. So essential I was charged for 90 mins and wasn't anything moved or packed. Then the workers asked for a tip. They have been moving in my neighbor for 3 hours now and they have been blocking in cars so we cannot leave. They are trying to dolly multiple boxes up the stairs and are barely half way done. Every time I check outside to see if they've moved, so I can at least move my car, one of the employees is on his phone and not moving anything. I see why they have such a low star rating. I'll never use this company...or get to leave at the pace they are moving.

Didn't show up on time, or even the same day. Tried to be flexible but it was all a waste of time - they are most interested in collecting the scheduling fee than helping anyone get their items moved. What a huge waste of time it was calling these guys

The lady i spoke with on the phine was very kind and efficient. They day of my pickup they didn't call to check in I had to call, they said they would have movers call and check in they never did. My period of pick up time came and went. The movers called 2 minutes after my time had passed only to say they were an 1hr and 25 minutes away. A whole day wasted then wanted to schedule a day after I was supposed we to be out of my current place. No disregard to anything, no discount offered, no sense of urgency.
