Bait and switch. I was quoted $1000 to move from 1677 to 1538. I chose AllMy Sons because I did use them in the past, 2019, and it was awesome, and their quote was exact. They had me for 6 hours and moved me in 9. The charge was $2300. When I called to see if they could possibly give me a $500 break, the manager did not hesitate to tell me $700 was 2019 prices. I asked how $2300 plays into 2025 prices as again, I was quoted at $1000 and that $2300 is more than twice what I was quoted. He refused to even give me a break ove... read more

I hired these movers for my daughter to move out of the Lux on Capitol to a new place down the road a bit. Like 5 minutes away. She has been ill and not able to move herself due to this. All she has been able to do is go to work two days a week and then rest and sleep. They quoted me a price of $179 and hour for two guys and a two hour minimum. I wish there was a 0 star review and I would have given it to them. The change 230 per hour and was at our home for 3.5 hours and they charged me for 5 hours. Even through they distances from one house to the next was 7 mins drive they change addition charge of $233 gas. Thier total change was over 1500 and they could not give an account of how they got to this number. Please dont use this company, they are frauladrant. The refused to moved all of my things stating they were going to change for 2800 if they were to do so.

I would give them a ZERO if I could. I hired these movers with the understanding that I was leaving my husband and time was a factor. First off, they were 2 hours late, which put the entire move behind adding a lot of stress to an already stressful situation. They stole $300 in cash from me, straight out of my purse, knowing I was becoming a single mom with 3 kids. They broke almost all of my fragile items, even things that were packed in bubble wrap. They didn't move all my stuff. Left big furniture behind. I know I need to move some small stuff, but they left the top of a cabinet, a desk, a filing cabinet, a coffee table, an upholstered chair, and so much more. I was at the new house. Guess they don't check anything. Guy had the nerve to call me and ask if I'd seen his tool box. Very unprofessional. I'd give less than a star if I could The photos show what I had to rent a truck and move myself.

Terrible company. If I could give them less than a star, I would. They sent a bunch of kids who were reckless and unprofessional. They broke my big bedroom dresser, cracked my 55" TV, and broke an expensive big vase. When I filed a complaint they wouldn't compensate the damages and only offered $150 for damages worth $1100. They don't respond to emails and will take forever to pick up the phone. They intentionally ignore your communication so you would give up. Over priced for chaotic service. Do NOT hire them for moving a Piano. They were an absolute mess.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Unprofessional (Operating Manager named John: rude, and lied about refunding the money. We set up appointment for a specific time, they did not show up and when we called they said they called the day before but we missed it and they did not leave a message either. So being tight with time we went with other service and said we wanted our deposit back, and he said no refund because we cancelled. These people did not show up and said we cancelled! Used AMS for yesterday's move. For starters, the 4 man team worked very hard. I will say that. However, estimation was way off. We ended up spending $1k over the estimate because it took two trips instead of one so we went over the allotted time. Secondly, these are not professional movers by any means handling your stuff. Boxes, dressers, things labeled "This side up!" were carelessly handled and turned upside down.
