They have been moving in my neighbor for 3 hours now and they have been blocking in cars so we cannot leave. They are trying to dolly multiple boxes up the stairs and are barely half way done. Every time I check outside to see if they've moved, so I can at least move my car, one of the employees is on his phone and not moving anything. I see why they have such a low star rating. I'll never use this company...or get to leave at the pace they are moving.

Didn't show up on time, or even the same day. Tried to be flexible but it was all a waste of time - they are most interested in collecting the scheduling fee than helping anyone get their items moved. What a huge waste of time it was calling these guys

The lady i spoke with on the phine was very kind and efficient. They day of my pickup they didn't call to check in I had to call, they said they would have movers call and check in they never did. My period of pick up time came and went. The movers called 2 minutes after my time had passed only to say they were an 1hr and 25 minutes away. A whole day wasted then wanted to schedule a day after I was supposed we to be out of my current place. No disregard to anything, no discount offered, no sense of urgency. over priced. took there time just so they can get paid extra. all the extras was not explained until after they were almost done. broke my table and didn't tell me till the end of the move. damage my wall. I would not recommend unless you have $1200 plus dollars to throw away for 12 items

If I could leave no stars I would. They were "understaffed". So after hours of phone calls begging for someone to come they ended up referring me out to another company that did an OK job, but wasn't worth the price I paid. Worthless putting a deposit down.

I would never recommend this company. This was my first experience with a "professional" moving company and it was horrible. They were 2 hours late and no communication at all outside of my phone calls to them. The price I was quoted over the phone was not what I was charged and the entire process was unprofessional and seemed like a money grab. How in the heck does a 1 bedroom apartment and a move that is literally a 20 minute drive from one place to the next end up costing almost $900. It doesn't add up and when I ... read more

awful experience from start to finish. DO NOT use All My Sons for your moving needs. 7 hours late, ruined our walls, constant texting and time wasting from the crew. A complete waste of time and money. better off renting a U-Haul and doing the move yourself. Awful company, awful customer service, and an awful job with the actual move.

I scheduled with All My Sons Movers over a month in advance. I was called at 8 AM the day of the move to be notified that I was canceled. They said they could not reschedule me before 9 more days. They did offer to hook me up with alternate movers but at that point I had lost all faith in this unprofessional moving company and was not about to take their recommendation. Terrible!! Call someone else. These guys are awful. I wish I could give 0 stars. First, The movers broke a bookcase and didn't say a word. They laid it down in pieces in the living room and just left. I didn't even know it was broken until I tried to stand it up and put it where it goes. Secondly they overcharged me an hour and said they would refund it. Nope!! No refund. I've called their office 4 times and left messages to have them call me back and each time I'm told, the manager will call you back and nobody calls. Very... read more
