Very disappointed with their planning and organization. I made it clear that we had a very narrow window to complete the move in one day, a specific day. The night before they left a message that the crews would be late but arrive at 10am. Only by repeated calls did a short crew arrive at 1230p. They/we had to work late into the evening to complete the move. Damages/scrapes to walla. Labels on boxes completely ignored.
Will never use them again
Broke several pieces of furniture and the hydraulic unit under my adjustable bed. Not even an apology.
They gave me a quote of $450 but changed me $939! They changed me for fuel,travel time to my house and even for the hour or more the workers took for lunch. They are very dishonest
Charged me for almost a full extra hour and had to reach out multiple times for a reimbursement
The real fun began the day of the move where I started receiving calls at 6:30 AM which woke me out of a dead sleep. I didn't recognize the number and never really pick up the phone if I don't so I let it go to voicemail and went back to sleep. I received numerous calls and emails which threatened that if I did not call them the move would be cancelled after that. I can not recommend this company for a move. While easy to schedule, I was lied to about when service would be provided. I was told multiple times that my move would happen in the morning, as the second move of the day, following a one-item move very close to me. Day of move, I had to cal multiple times over the course of many hours to finally get an estimate of ?maybe 3:30 for the movers to arrive.?
