Hands down the best, smoothest move I have ever made (and I'm ex-military). Professional, smooth moving, friendly guys. Not a scratch on anything. Cannot over-recommend these guys.

My rating is for the Moving crew only!! They were all professional, friendly, and efficient. From start to finish, I enjoyed their ability to transport my belongings and nothing was broke or missing! As far as the company itself as it relates to pricing and billing, I will be filing a complaint. I was absolutely gouged! The Moving consultant quote it me a price for three helpers and the conversation was such that a final price when she talked about all the moving parts was about $554. If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would! The only slight saving grace for the company is the customer service was mostly great. I never received a final bill detailing costs. The movers broke my stuff by trying to FORCE it down the stairwell. I had to throw stuff away because of them. The movers wasted my time by spending close to an hour using MY RESTROOM. They did a great job moving the items from the storage unit to the house. I had requested hello in moving the refrigerator, but once did not fit. I then moved a large table as they watched, then made the room to move the other refrigerator to the kitchen. I found it strange they they asked for money because we went over the time, but they insisted on cash instead of running my credit card again. So I paid another 179.00 for ten minutes then they left. Very unprofessional! Honestly they?re just con artist. Overpriced and do horrible work. Majority of my furniture was destroyed. I watched one of the movers put my couch down and walk directed across it. I tried to file a claim and they claimed I still had a balance and therefore could not until I paid it off. However I know I paid the entirety of the balance prior to them even coming.

They broke everything breakable and took 8 hours because they didnt know how to take apart my Queen platform bed. I called to complain but it was more of a headache and very little support.
