Called Alpine two weeks ago because the vent fan in our attic stopped working. The woman on the phone, Rachel, was a bit rude and told me that since we don't have an air conditioner, we would have to wait until everyone calling in with broken air conditioner units had been helped. Prompt and friendly. All work functioned well, but when EWEB inspected for my rebate, several things were wrong, aluminum pipes instead of copper and unit installed too close to the fence and they said they would call Alpine. It's been a week and they have not contacted me to fix. Can't get my rebate til they have done it right.
