Alpine Heating installed our heat pump and furnace in 2012 and at the time we were very pleased with the work performed, installers, equipment, and the price. Our original heating system was a pellet stove, baseboard and wall heaters and we had never had air conditioning in our older home before. Firstly, I am happy with work done by the crew who installed my bedroom split unit. I give them five stars. The rest of the organization maybe one star. I requested routine annual maintenance on my other ductless system. The service person arrives more than 45 min late, no apologies. Sales person arrives 30 minutes late, too. I could not be more pleased with Alpine. They recently installed an entirely new HVAC system in my house. There was an issue with having to replace an older unit with a different footprint, with the newer one. Randy was very helpful spending a lot of time and extra visits, in order to resolve this where the two other companies who did estimates did not bother. Mr. Maas from Alpine performed routine service for our home AC units today. I had several questions about how to best care for our units, and he explained things in such a way that was easy for me to understand. I very much appreciated that. He is very knowledgeable, and he gave lots of valuable advice on how to prevent costly repairs. He did a good job cleaning our units and ensured the area around them were left nice and clean too. In the last 3 years, we've had not one, but THREE fantastic experiences with Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning (& now standalone electric!). Most recently, Frank was the lead and Colton was the electrician on an install for our ductless mini split system. Frank and his crew did a fantastic job and communicated at every step and were friendly and professional, doing the work on time, cleaning up messes as they went, and making everything look good and clean.
