Alpine has been visiting our house annually for several years to evaluate and maintain our heat pump systems. They always send a pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient technician who does the job well, reports his findings and leaves his work area clean. Air conditioning went caput in middle of local heat wave. We made an appointment with Alpine, They were prompt and efficient and repaired our unit for what we believe was a reasonable price.

Alpine heating in Eugene has the most amazing technician ever. Tim Anderson is the man I'm talking about. He is personable, yet very professional. This man spent over 2 hours at my home yesterday diagnosing the problem with my heat pump. I have no doubt he will follow through with the repairs promptly when the parts come in. Bid and installed gas Generator in two weeks for a price $11,000 less than the next electrician and three weeks sooner than the date given us by another electrician. Many thousand less than solar contractors and months quicker. One of us was in Hospice and everyone wore masks!!

Excellent service from Drew and the team at Alpine! Special shout out to Michelle, who got us scheduled quickly, under promised and over delivered! I called yesterday, got a 12-8 window today and he was able to come at 10am and quickly resolved the issue, and at a very reasonable price, along with some advice to avoid the issue in the future. Some years ago, After being deeply discouraged by Comfort Flow who's maintenance technician could not diagnose or repair my furnace despite paying for a service call, I turned to Alpine for repair. They sent someone out in short order & fixed the problem. Several weeks later I called for a follow up because of an odd noise. They sent someone out the same day & Although it was not an actual repair issue they did not charge me for another visit. We had a ductless unit go out recently and it wasn't producing cold air. Alpine worked with us even though originally they weren't the original installing company to help us get this fixed. Even at one point when struggling to diagnose the issue they ended up holding off on the billing to help us due to the cost rising over what we had originally budgeted for. Overall they did a great job fixing our complicated issue and shout out Tim our Technician who was outstanding and super friendly.
