Mr. Maas from Alpine performed routine service for our home AC units today. I had several questions about how to best care for our units, and he explained things in such a way that was easy for me to understand. I very much appreciated that. He is very knowledgeable, and he gave lots of valuable advice on how to prevent costly repairs. He did a good job cleaning our units and ensured the area around them were left nice and clean too. In the last 3 years, we've had not one, but THREE fantastic experiences with Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning (& now standalone electric!). Most recently, Frank was the lead and Colton was the electrician on an install for our ductless mini split system. Cade Williams came to do routine annual servicing on our home HVAC system for Alpine for the second year in a row. In both instances he was very knowledgeable, careful and thorough and a pleasure and interesting to interact with. He was here for about 3 hours. We had extensive cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor units of the HVAC system including the blower wheels. We have been so pleased with Alpine over the 7 years or so since the HVAC installation that we have an annual Silver contract with them.
Justine was very informative on all questions about how keep my system clean and how to protect my outdoor unit from the changing seasons. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Alpine no words could say how much I appreciate you for making me feel like I'm just not a customer. But part of your family. I will definitely continue recommending you.
