Warning!!! Read the reviews and look at the star ratings I've given this company multiple chances and thousands of dollars. They do not value your time, nor do they provide quality work without being monitored. They have cost me hours and hours of time and this last time they gave me a window of 2:00-4:00 for a service appointment. I left work to make sure I was home by 2:00. We called to have our heater worked on. One of the workers walked out with a $1000.00 camera. When I called the owner he stated I am sure you will find it. This has happened before and the item was found. Let me add it's really difficult to misplace a professional camera. There was never any attempt made by Alpine to make this right. NEVER would I let them in my house again.

Two stars are only for the fine women doing the dispatching, especially April, who deserve better than the, smirking, angry jerk the company sent out to inspect my home. Wait, did I say inspect? This guy did absolutely nothing of the kind. Instead, he lectured me about the impossibility of my problem (a nearby neighbor's noxious cooking and charcoal grilling odors seeping through my vents and window frames). Susan, I'm sorry but there was nothing we can do for the smells coming from your neighbors yard. You did not have any duct work we could investigate and or seal. Normally we would investigate ductwork leakage and address those issues to ensure you aren't getting particulates from your attic or crawl space into your air stream. The smells are coming through your attic eve vents, windows etc. There is nothing we can do about this except recommend sealing those areas and not opening windows. 5 weeks for a rough in?! Hard to put into words how frustrating our experience with Alpine has been. They started rough-in on our second story addition September 16, and finished October 17. That's 5 weeks to do a rough in I was initially told would take around 5 days. Rescheduled us over and over and over until I called and broke down in tears out of frustration; their response--from both the install scheduler and the install manager--was that they didn't realize this job "had any urgency". Unsure why my previous review was removed. I was unsatisfied with this company's service based upon treatment from the tech (told me his name was Drew) and the high price to repair my furnace at my home.
They charge to provide an estimate, and then refuse to provide a breakdown of costs for an obviously unreasonable amount of money to do a simple job. I call that a major lack of integrity and someone nobody should do business with.

Yes 1 day service to come out and try to fix your HVAC and that would have been great if it was fixed! But if they can't 2 weeks to get an estimate of $3500+ $$$$ Gave up on them getting back to me after 10 days and called another HVAC company and they came out and had me fixed and running in less than half an hour for cost of a service call $ with no new expensive parts needed. I do not recommend this company for HVAC systems. After the system was installed, it was blowing out cold air. I had to call in to get it serviced. I spoke with a manager. That manager never called me back. The person who serviced the system said that the installers had not recorded the pressure in the system.
