Really please with the service Brett provided today! I have had a whistle in my system for years And had other companies quoted me more than 1200 to fix it. He found the issue and fixed it simply for a very reasonable price!

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING ANY OTHER COMPANY!! Alpine's electricians and installers and management are the kindest, hard working, most competent people you could ever want. My heat pump died the week before this terrible life endangering heat wave. I am very elderly with several severe physical disabilities and live in a metal manufactured house which heats up better than my oven! I have been using Alpine heating and air-conditioning since Drew established the company 15 years ago or so. Repair men including Brenden who came this week have all been cordial careful doing a great clean job and it's all very worthwhile I can't recommend them any higher.
This company does what others should do for their customers, they go above and beyond to make sure their products work and their customers are happy.We had our annual service done today 11-1-2019 and Brandon Franks is excellent at his trade and so friendly. I highly recommend anyone that needs heating or cooling to give alpine the job, you won't be disappointed.Andrew Hatch you have a great team and business.
They came out and estimated the job to replace our heat pump system and did a great job. Other companies dragged their feet and finally came in with much higher bids. We appreciated them working with us and providing zero percent financing. We only wish the duct work was a little less conspicuous.
My wife and I are absolutely grateful that we choose Alpine. The whole crew from start to finish were amazing. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Shout out to Dustin, Garret and Sean for all their hard work and their high level of customer service! Amazing company and I would definitely recommend them . Nothing but praise!
I just got done with Alpine and they were awesome. They called and said they could be there early which was different during these times of 'be at home from wednesday to friday and we will eventually get there". Chris went from the thermostat to the unit under the house to the unit in the yard....found the problem and had the parts in his van. Fixed and paid....Amazing....now we n' the dogs don't have to live in a 89deg. house. woo hoo!!!
I called Alpine over the holidays when my furnace stopped working. The technician they sent (James) was super knowledgeable, figured out the issue quickly and fixed it no problem. I had another issue with the gas valve 6 months later and he was also able to figure out the issue and get the part to fix it within 24 hours. I was really impressed with the work, the knowledge and the prices were very fair. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing to repair their furnace.
Our heating has been on again off again for awhile. My wife contacted Alpine on a Wednesday, and they gave us an appointment time on Thursday. The technician showed up on time, and even gave a heads up call 15 minutes before he arrived. The techinican was CJ. I explained the multiple things going wrong with the heat pump and emergency heat, what worked sometimes, and what didn't work, and how things were intermittent.
