If there were directional signs to room numbers it would help the visitors find the residents room so much easier. Example: To get to my loved ones room, it's one left and three rights. For some reason it's a challenge. I attached samples of my suggestion. Staff, everyone has been amazing. The care my my loved one is receiving is the most important and that has been outstanding. We were able to get a large room with a small patio for a reasonable price. There are activities each day but they don't vary much week to week. The food is excellent and meals are a social time for residents.

I like that's it's smaller and he seems to get better attention. They do try to get [name removed] engaged in more activities as well The other place he was at he was always in his room. Now he is out where there are other people

They were very good with those who have Alzheimer's. Their staff as well and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I would recommend others. Food is really good and lots of social activities. My mom is loving Alta Vista senior living. It was a rough first couple of months but she has grown to really like it now.

Honestly, 5 across the board. The staff are all very nice and very supportive. The med techs have always given her her medication's timely. They wake her up when needed for her appointments and help get her out the door for pick up. They have live music a lot of times my mom wakes up for breakfast gets dressed and does not go back to her room all day because she's busy doing activities.

What we like the most about Alta Vista is the facility and staff are great but you still need to be proactive and bring any issues immediately to their attention. So they can address it.
