I am waiting for a refund of the community fee, and it has been a few months. in addition, I've made multiple calls about this. I did let the community know about them having too much cheese on the food. The community has kickball as an activity for the residents in addition to other activities. The front office staff are all friendly.

The staff is great, very friendly. I've had to adjust my expectations due to Covid. Things like laundry were still getting done, just not in as timely a manner. They had a lot staff members out that were affected by Covid. They did give a lot of updates. They called and sent emails. They were quick to get the residents vaccinated, which I appreciated. My loved one says the food is great. I see them offering a lot of activates, although my loved one doesn't participate in a lot of them. I feel that my loved one is safe there.... read more
