Alta Vista is a very clean facility and he staff is always helpful and attentive to any issues. They do a great job, and are always pleasant with visitors as well. I often visit for lunch and dinner. The dining staff are very nice and accommodating and the food is good!

Our family is so grateful for Alta Vista for caring for our mom. My mom is doing much better and we feel she is in very capable and loving hands. The staff are warm and always welcoming.

The actual tour experience with Alta Vista Senior Living was great, but I was just not impressed with the facility itself.

I think they are responsive to requests and have good communication. I like the fact that they have a transitional unit for my loved one between Assisted Living and Memory Care. In that transitional unit, they're currently helping her more with medical and mobility issues. They encourage her to go to activities, but they are also sensitive to when it's too much for her and will back off when needed. I like the facility overall.
