I am waiting for a refund of the community fee, and it has been a few months. in addition, I've made multiple calls about this. I did let the community know about them having too much cheese on the food. The community has kickball as an activity for the residents in addition to other activities. The front office staff are all friendly.

The staff is great, very friendly. I've had to adjust my expectations due to Covid. Things like laundry were still getting done, just not in as timely a manner. They had a lot staff members out that were affected by Covid. They did give a lot of updates. They called and sent emails. They were quick to get the residents vaccinated, which I appreciated. My loved one says the food is great. I see them offering a lot of activates, although my loved one doesn't participate in a lot of them. I feel that my loved one is safe there.... read more

I have lived in this community for one year now! The staff here is very kind and helpful! They keep the facility very clean and organized. The food is very good and nutritious! I recommend this facility very highly!

We chose Alta Vista Senior Living because it was one of the lower costing ones in the area, they had a special going on at the time, and on top of it we were happy with the facility and were aware that they were going through remodeling. Everyone we had contact with was super nice and were willing to work with us. The sizes of the rooms here are great especially compared to others that we looked into, definitely spacious for a studio.
