All the staff members were very polite and welcoming. Each staff member always would go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Alta Vista Senior Living highly to others looking.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They seem to really care about the residents. The facility had a "family friendly" vibe. Housekeeping is good, and meals could improve as far as taste and quality go. Also, the serving sizes are small, according to my dad. I do, however, recommend this place to others.

Staff was very nice and took care of my husband. Clean facility and nice rooms. Food was generally good and timely served. All in all a good experience and would use again if needed. Thank you very much for the kind care

The staff at Alta Vista Senior Living are very friendly and very helpful. I feel like they truly care about the residents and are willing to work with families that have unique situations. They keep the facility very clean and I always see staff members cleaning. They are very good about communicating with family. Although the move in process was easy, it was a little awkward because we had to move everything in from the front door where guests were. With regard to your concern about staffing, however we are staffed according to licensing standards and currently have the correct ratio of staff to residents.
I would say that the features of Alta Vista would be well worth checking into. It has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere compared to some of the senior living places I have visited. We picked this community because of the closeness of community to ex-husband's handicapped adult son/transportation provided since ex-husband has no car.
