Gina and team are simply amazing and the loan process was seamless. As a first time home buyers, we had no idea and were pretty nervous about the loan process. Thanks to Gina and team, who not only helped to finish the loan process well before the closing date and were super easy to work with and communicate. They also have an app which helps to track the progress. Gina and team definitely made this process less stressful for us. I highly recommend the Koehl team!!!.

I made a call to Gina and she was off and running. We were pre-qualified for a loan and when we found our new home she took over. When questions arose Gina or here team answered the phone, provided a response and I didn’t need to wonder if the issue would be resolved. Mary Ann was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very patient with me, a first time buyer, and was able accommodate a 3 week close on short notice. Very knowledgeable and reliable communication. She was there at every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and that I understood. Highly recommended for any buyers but especially for first timers!

A friend recommended Gina to me having used Gina herself and I had the best experience ever.
