I was referred to Gina Koehl from a coworker who had a wonderful experience with Gina in her home buying process. I found Gina to be extremely helpful! Her support staff was as well in communicating needs, etc. Whole process was timely with excellent communication and no surprises! Offered many options as far as loan programs and detailed on pros/cons of each option. Very knowledgeable, highly recommend!!

Mary Ann is a very kind, compassionate loan officer. She genuinely worked to get us the best deal she could, and to expedite the process so we could have a quick close. She also took the time to explain all the required documentation and other requirements, and we appreciated that she was available after hours to talk to the seller and then our offer and assure him we would be able to close. Definitely recommend!

Mary Ann was a pleasure to work with. She is kind, Thourough and Knowledgeable. Mary Ann guided us through the process of obtaining a home loan with expertise. For my wife and I the process was 3-4 years. We began the process from square one and with her guidance we are now officially home owners. Mark was very helpful and informative and we really appreciated working with him. He was patient and answered all of our questions and was very wasy to get a hold of when we needed him. He helped us close on time, even pulled up closing by a full 8 days ahead of our initial contract committed deadline. We were very pleased with the experience. We were first time home buyers

We have purchased 4 homes with Gina now, and refinanced at least once. Gina always goes above and beyond to get us the best rate and to make the process as simple as possible.
