Great experience purchasing an above ground pool. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and took her time walking me through my purchase. My pool won't be delivered until next spring which is fine. The purchase process was seamless and without issue. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with my family and friends!!!"

Very customer service focused and quality merchandise. My purchase started with an email inquiry and I was in the store the next day to purchase. I worked with Jeff ***** and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Really put the customer first! I purchased my last patio set from them about 14 years ago and loved it!

We just ordered and paid for a pool from the Romeoville store and our Sales rep was Brian G. I found him to be very patient, knowledgeable and seemed honest to me which is very important. We were in there two different times before we bought and asked many questions about the different pools, filters, prices, ect. and he never made us feel like he just wanted to make a sale or just rush us out. He did explain that they were still very booked with installs from last year and they may not be able to install until end of season... read more
