I purchased a Waikiki hot tub from American Sale and the process was smooth. Due to supply shortages I had to wait several months but I completely understand. Communication throughout the process went very well and Howie from the ***********, ** store answered all my questions. Delivery went really well, even in a couple inches of snow. **** G The whole process started out great when I ran in the ***** I the hot tub sales show room very informative very nice easy-going right down to the point that I wrote a check the delivery was unbelievable a four-man crew showed up I didnt have to lift a finger and the hot tub that we got the real Rio L751 beautiful and a perfect fit thats the way that you do business thats why theyve been there for so long and thats why theyre gonna be there for so long

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. The sales associate was very helpful. She looked up what I was looking for on line and is having it shipped to the store for pick up. Everyone else was super friendly and helpful.Thank You for the great **************** and keep up the good work!
