Literally can't say enough. Phenomenal service. I never went into store but spoke to store personnel on the phone. They were awesome. Installation crew was great. Truly as positive a customer experience as I've had in a long time.

I bought a patio bar set and the salesperson Chuck,Merrillville store, was extremely informative and helpful. Also, the delivery crew were courteous and helpful. The product was top shelf and very reasonably priced. I’m sure I will be a repeat customer and overall a 10 - extremely satisfied!!

A nice after Christmas sale, staff was very very helpful
Caitlin has been extremely helpful in our effort to buy replacement grills to fit an existing outdoor kitchen which is not an easy task. Had it not been for her cooperation we would not be able to move forward.

I was having an issue with a tree that I had previously purchased. Tom went out of his way to look into some options for me. I'm glad my lights will look nice for my daughter for Christmas. Amazing customer service. It took some time to resolve but it was, with no issues and I am very grateful.

Geoffrey did a great job on my new hot tub purchase. Everything was done in a timely manner. The crew that removed the old tub and delivered the new tub were great. I had to call and have them move the new tub over slightly for the electrical hookup and they came out the same day and moved it. Kudos to the dispatcher that made that happen.

Excellent customer service and product selection - I don’t think I’ve ever seen a store have more Christmas tree options! A bit understaffed for how busy it was but employees were very helpful.
