We’ve shopped here before and always ask for Danny S. as he provides great customer service and professionalism. We like the variety of choices at American Sale and have never been disappointed.
We just ordered and paid for a pool from the Romeoville store and our Sales rep was Brian G. I found him to be very patient, knowledgeable and seemed honest to me which is very important. We were in there two different times before we bought and asked many questions about the different pools, filters, prices, ect. and he never made us feel like he just wanted to make a sale or just rush us out. Steve ***** was very knowledgeable...bought a pool table and Christmas Tree. I like buying things at the store so you know how they really look. My experience is what it was supposed to be...enjoyable.
The staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable with the products. I actually came back to the store after shopping around a few other stores specifically, for the service I received by Cassie, when I was inquiring about a pool.

We just bought our first pool at American Sale at the Orland Park IL location. We are so excited and can’t wait for our pool to arrive! We are also very pleased with the customer service we got there. The sales rep Chris was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions.
I BOUGHT A HOT TUB!! I live in Illinois and Florida and while I'm in Illinois I really needed WATER. I started researching tubs on line and reached out to American Sales because my friends had just purchased a Hot Tub recently. The response was awesome. I was contacted and helped by both Cyndi and William and was given an awesome deal! I am over the moon happy and can't wait for my tub to arrive. I love my back yard and look forward to spending lots of time with friends and family.
