Very customer service focused and quality merchandise. My purchase started with an email inquiry and I was in the store the next day to purchase. I worked with Jeff ***** and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Really put the customer first! I purchased my last patio set from them about 14 years ago and loved it!

We just ordered and paid for a pool from the Romeoville store and our Sales rep was Brian G. I found him to be very patient, knowledgeable and seemed honest to me which is very important. We were in there two different times before we bought and asked many questions about the different pools, filters, prices, ect. and he never made us feel like he just wanted to make a sale or just rush us out. He did explain that they were still very booked with installs from last year and they may not be able to install until end of season... read more

Steve ***** was very knowledgeable...bought a pool table and Christmas Tree. I like buying things at the store so you know how they really look. My experience is what it was supposed to be...enjoyable.
