I went in to buy a Christmas and the lady was so nice and knew her information about each tree. It was very easy and fun to purchase such an important item. I’ve always loved this store!
I had a great experience at American Sales. We wanted to buy a trampoline and the lady who helped us was very polite and helpful friendly just a great person to deal with when buying something like this. She was very informative, she really knew what she was talking about and answered all my questions. I’ve been shopping here for years and I will continue to shop here. We had a problem with a newly purchased Christmas tree. The staff at American Sales took care of us and our Christmas tree. The staff was polite and wonderful to work with.
The delivery crew did a great job fitting my hot tub through the door to my sunroom. It was an extremely tight fit with my drive bring them but they all worked together to get it inside.
We had a very positive experience with American Sale. We chose our air hockey table based on positive reviews and went to the store to see the table on site. We purchased it and scheduled it for delivery within 48 hours. It was delivered quickly and installed. The delivery crew was professional, informative and very efficient.
Geoffrey, the salesman for Spas,etc. at the Orland Park store, provides great knowledge and customer service. He originally sold me the Hotsprings Jetsetter 15 years ago and was one of the better purchases I made. I have complete confidence in his insight.
The Carol Stream location is a huge store, with lots of displays to look at. We visited looking for end-of-season deals on patio furniture. Kelly ******* was absolutely great in helping us find what we wanted - checking stock at other locations and eventually getting us a great deal. (Free) Delivery was on time and problem free. We both highly recommend American Sale and Kelly!
From initial contact with Caitlin our sales pro to the order process and the final delivery everything was done very professionally and every effort to insure we would be a satisfied customer was done. Caitlin smoothed out every bump in the road, she was fantastic!
