Geoffrey, the salesman for Spas,etc. at the Orland Park store, provides great knowledge and customer service. He originally sold me the Hotsprings Jetsetter 15 years ago and was one of the better purchases I made. I have complete confidence in his insight.

The Carol Stream location is a huge store, with lots of displays to look at. We visited looking for end-of-season deals on patio furniture. Kelly ******* was absolutely great in helping us find what we wanted - checking stock at other locations and eventually getting us a great deal. (Free) Delivery was on time and problem free. We both highly recommend American Sale and Kelly!

From initial contact with Caitlin our sales pro to the order process and the final delivery everything was done very professionally and every effort to insure we would be a satisfied customer was done. Caitlin smoothed out every bump in the road, she was fantastic!
