Great people bought our 2 nd hot tub from Steve... great salesman. They delivered and put it in place. No problems at all. Would buy again!

Shopped there for a patio set. Took a long time for someone to wait on me, however when they did, they were very helpful! Got a good discount at end of season and on a floor model.

the salesman was fantastic as well as the sales manager. the new is awesome now that its working. it was delivered with a bad part .part was a faulty pressure switch and the drain was frozen. so i called American sale and the put me through to the warranty company this is where I got pissed off tou can't talk to anyone on the phone TEXT ONLY THATS BULLSHIT. and they don't have 24 hr texting only Monday thu Friday no weekend help at all . Pool was installed crooked yesterday. Liner has duct tape on it for some reason at the bottom of the pool and the liner is way crooked, just like the company that was used to install. I am so unhappy from start to “not even finished”. I have a ginormous hole in my yard, a crooked installed pool, crooked liner, no fence, dirt everywhere. Installers yelled at my husband, hung up on me and told me the crooked was “part of the design” of the pool and not his fault. He told us to “trust the process”. DO NOT BUY FROM AMERICAN SALE! 1 year later… Our liner has a defect and is leaking. As stated by American Sale it is clearly A MANUFACTURED DEFECT that is allegedly covered under a 10 year warranty because we cannot find a tear. We can get into how we got FUC*ED out of more money there later.
