Pool was installed crooked yesterday. Liner has duct tape on it for some reason at the bottom of the pool and the liner is way crooked, just like the company that was used to install. I am so unhappy from start to “not even finished”. I have a ginormous hole in my yard, a crooked installed pool, crooked liner, no fence, dirt everywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM AMERICAN SALE! 1 year later… Our liner has a defect and is leaking. As stated by American Sale it is clearly A MANUFACTURED DEFECT that is allegedly covered under a 10 year warranty because we cannot find a tear. We can get into how we got FUC*ED out of more money there later. They lie to get you to purchase a pool. They will give you an install date and lie about when you will get it installed when in fact they can’t even accurately give out that information. Then once pool is delivered , you will get a date of install months later than originally told . I Know this to be true with others as well that have purchased from them . Do not recommend doing business with them! Shady sales tactics!

My hot tub is about 6 years ago when I opened it this winter and found all the water gone. After refilling it several times, and trying to plug the hole, I took the cabinet panel off to locate the huge leak. After I dug through the insulation, I noticed that one of the screwed on valves had a massive amount of tape around it and was leaking as it had cracked. When you purchased this spa in 2017, the spa was a brand new spa delivered straight from the manufacturer warehouse directly to your house so there is no way anyone would have access to tamper with it. First we got a call saying our pool was in then I got told yesterday that our pool will be delivered on Monday then I got a call today saying my pool won’t be in until the end of august and won’t be installed until next year smh you spend all that money just to wait I will never go back there they have no Communication with each other there so un professional I understand that you have to wait but until next year wow

We bought our pool last year which was not cheap. I once raved about how great American sale is/ was. The people working in stores have been great. The issues have been countless beyond their control. We didn’t use their insulation and went our own route. On the day we had the pool installed several parts were missing. I ran to merrillville store for the parts and they gave them to me with no issues. About a week after we did the install we had our electric installed. Worst experience ever they take your money for your installation but can’t give you a definite date on installation!!Bought our pool last year nothing but a headache with dates on delivery it was delivered to late to install last year and had to go pay for installation a couple of days ago they TAKE your money but CANT give you a date what kind of business is that??
