We have done business with American Sale in Merrillville for several years following the installation of our swimming pool. We purchased a complete set of poolside furniture and have been very satisfied not only with the quality of the product but with the service. Shopped there for a patio set. Took a long time for someone to wait on me, however when they did, they were very helpful! Got a good discount at end of season and on a floor model.

the salesman was fantastic as well as the sales manager. the new is awesome now that its working. it was delivered with a bad part .part was a faulty pressure switch and the drain was frozen. so i called American sale and the put me through to the warranty company this is where I got pissed off tou can't talk to anyone on the phone TEXT ONLY THATS BULLSHIT. and they don't have 24 hr texting only Monday thu Friday no weekend help at all .
