I purchased a pool from them. The service in the store was good. The reason I give 2 stars is because we had them install the pool. That was a nightmare. They fail to tell you that they don't haul away the dirt they dig up in your yard. So here we had a pile of dirt in our driveway and the people doing the installation did not take it. We ordered a pool from here, and their installer wasn't licensed in our county, we had to wait until they got THAT straightened out, reschedule our install and then on the second install date, their installer calls me to ask me if I need sand. (The contract from American Sale states the contractor brings the sand). So, American Sale asks me to find a supplier for sand. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!! We bought a pool from them at the beginning of the summer and had problems with their installation guys. We had to change our installation date 3 times because they kept giving us contractors who were not registered to work in our town and we could not get our pool permit from our town because of it! So THREE WEEKS later we were finally given installers who were registered to work in our town.
