I wouldn't wish my experience with you guys on my worst enemy. That's how bad it was. I bought my pool table 5 months ago. Within that time, I've had to deal with like 7-8 visits from your delivery team (Not including a couple of instances that I was just blown off and no one showed up), about 4-5 visits to the store, several emails back and forth, several phone calls (Most of which I waited on hold for at least 30-45 minutes). They were able to provide some insight to us regarding your pool table order and the different visits we've provided to accommodate your requests. It appears that upon original delivery, you noticed a small defect in the felt. We do not want our customers to be dissatisfied, so we scheduled another visit to re-felt your table. Terrible customer support. Go to other stores to get your pool without hassle. Gave them over $30k and they "forgot" to order it. Then took 6 attempts to finally get everything I paid for. My contacts stopped answering my calls and emails halfway through the installation. Go to someone else who will treat you the way you should be!

I bought a $1700 pool heater last year and the heat exchanger crumbled in less than 3 months. Yes less than 3 months. I spoke with the manager there last year and he told me they wouldn’t warranty it because he said it had to be due to a chemical imbalance. Ha. Idc how bad someone’s water is NO POOL HEATER should fail in less than 3 months. I called the bank to dispute the charges. American sales said they would send a guy out to see the damage. Clearly Classy employees 👍🏻 Wants to shoot cross bows at picking people and union propaganda for exercising their right to free speech and informing the public about American sales using unsafe crane contractors

I can not recommend this establishment due to their use of unsafe crane companies and due to their employees threat of violence towards my first amendment right. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Not only do you jeopordize the public's safety but your enployees choose to attempt to insight violence. Chris Boswell offered a reward for an attack on a peaceful protest. It is sickening.

I can’t recommend this company because of Chris Boswell. Who is a current employee has requested someone to do a drive by shooting of a rat out front and I do not feel safe to come here because I do not want to be hit with a stray pellet or arrow/bolt out of a cross bow. Attached is a photo of his request that would put workers and the general public in danger.

I can’t recommend this company. Not only do they hire unsafe crane companies, but they also employ people like Chris Boswell. Included is picture of his comments. Mostly his comment requesting someone stop by and shoot a “rat” with a pellet gun or crossbow. It seems Chris has a problem with a legal informational picket. Well, myself, and a lot of people have a problem with his anti union beliefs, and I’m sure none of us will be shopping American Sale any time soon

The sales man was informed about the hot tub, but everything else was difficult and challenging. I had to call multiple times and even go to the store to find the value of the trade in of the hot tub. They did deliver on time but was promised to have a radio installed the same day but still waiting on what that will be done. Every time I was called ( assuming they used the correct number) I received different information on delivery. The trade-in valuation process can take up to 3 business days before we are able to give a customer a price. We see in our notes our team was able to come out on Thursday and we gave you a value on Saturday. We do see your stereo as well as a TV needs to be installed.
