Nice things but WAY OVER PRICED!!! Can get a lot of the same things for the Holidays at TJ MAX HOMEGOODS and even MANARDS.

So for those contemplating getting a Hot Tub DO NOT buy it from American Sale! Ya they sell brand names but after the sale the service department sucks!! Sandy the spa service person NEVER returns calls. Took them 8 months to come back to repair my tub and its still not working! 2 calls in already with no response. Oh but they sent a bill out right away!! Go somewhere else and stay away from American Sale. Kinda funny calling yourself "American Sale" when most of your stuff comes from China

We see in our notes that you have only been charged once in October and all the rest of our service calls have been free of charge. We walked in the store looking for a pool, we were not greeted nor acknowledged. The two sales men that were in the store had a conversation about the stores bad reviews. A lady that made a patio set purchase and was not delivered as promised. We stood by the swimming pool next to them and completely ignored us they kept their conversation going. Not to mention this is the third store we get the same treatment, Carol Stream and Romeoville. I will be definitely making my purchase at the Great Escape.

While our initial visit was great and salesman was very patient and very helpful, after purchasing a hottub the rest of the experience outside the store has been plagued with problems. First, it took over 2 weeks and several calls to get the tub-trucking issues that were not communicated. Then excited to get it, the salt system (extra cost) for filtration was not installed because it was on back order. Purchased a pool with a 25 year warranty and getting nothing but a run around now. The pool is rusting and have called American Sales for help only to be told to call the warranty company, called and emailed the warranty company only to be told to call american Sales. I have sent them pictures of the pool along with the receipts for proof of purchase and to this date nothing has been done. Very unhappy with all this. This pool is only 8 years old. Something needs to be done.

Great store customer service, but we experienced awful pool installation. Green Ribbon Pools contracted out through American Sale did a poor job with installation. The pool had to come down & another company came out to reinstall the pool along with replace parts. Who was doing all the calling to correct this problem...ME! American Sale needs to evaluate & review what contractors they send out to install pools & give better customer service to remedy problematic situations!

9/19/2017 BUYER BEWARE, AMERICAN SALES DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WARRANTIES!!! I purchased an outdoor set 3 years ago. The set came with a 5 year warranty. Recently I noticed rust on the table legs. I went to American sales with my receipt and they contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer said that they no longer make that set and will not stand behind the warranty. American Sales sold me the product and if a vendor of theirs does not honor the warranty then the retailer should. I was told to use rustoleum.
