Had in ground pool installed. Nothing but a headache. Wish I could go back in time and not if done this. They do not stand behind there work.
We hired American Sale to install a new pool. The project was over priced, poorly managed, no communication without prompts from us and it's still not completed. Looking back I would rather not have gone through the headache and put that money into college funds. And don't let all the fancy advertising and booklets fool ya

I'd give this place a 4 or 5 if they had better customer service. I don't even bother with them any more. I prefer Great Escape or Aqua Pools for my swimming pool needs.

NEVER going to buy a product from this company again. worst customer service ( if that what you want to call it) bought a semi-inground pool, signed a contract for a product we have yet to receive over a month has gone by and we are still trying to get a working pool. Walked in to buy a pool...employees were nowhere to be found. There were no prices displayed on the pools for me to serve myself, so I went down the street amd bought a pool from The Great Escape.

Had them put pool in inground they put walls up with screws no pads over screws witch otherpool people say need to be done and linner to thin for pool also so keep getting holes in liner also filter was way to small guy said it was a hot tub filter don't even deserve one star try calling just get machine just a over all shitty job John j Ok so they finally had someone come out says there are 20 plus holes in liner and they just want to make excuses saying it could be robotic cleaner but holes only in 2 spots cleaner ... read more

Visited the American Sale store on Army trail Rd the other day. Looking for a set of stairs for our hot tub, nothing there less than $200 in stock. The Great Escape has them for $59 and a lot in stock. American Sale way over priced. So then we picked up a couple rafts with $5 rebates, always remember to read the rebate at American Sale. Purchased a outdoor cantilever umbrella, scheduled delivery and it showed up on time, without all the correct pieces to put together. I did purchase white glove delivery. So called the store the next day and they rescheduled a person to come out with the correct parts, guess communication was poor at the store as he still did not have what was needed. Purchased a beautiful pool last year. The liner had big divots in it and I was asked if I could wait until this year to have them come and put it in. I was ok with that because it was already the end of the summer. Bad mistake, I was told I would be at the top of the list and their customer service has been horrible through this entire process.
