Our purchase experience took 2 hours for no good reason, and we had to wait almost 2 weeks for installation. Our installers did a "let's get it done as fast as we can" job and did some things incorrectly and did not do other things. When we asked our salesperson for help, she referred us to customer service. When we contacted customer service, she said that she could record our concerns but that was all she could do. I was at the Tinley Park outlet store on Saturday to buy a gazebo for an event on Sunday. Brought it home, un packed it, NO INSTRUCTIONS OR HARDWARE! Called back immediatley to Tinley Park store. I was told I would have to contact the manufacture in Canada. I can't get ahold of anybody at the manufacturer-no answer. Called back America Sales-They said "unfortunetly they can't do anyhting. But we always try to make sure we inspect these items to make sure they are ok to sell again, and that includes parts and hardware. This is by far the worst experience we had after we bought a brand new hot tub and spend thousands of dollars and had to have a service call! The manager on hand is very unpleasant and unprofessional! We were charged for service we did not authorized! It was a horrible experience !

If so, it looks like your tub was last serviced in 2015 for a water feature valve issue. Bought a $400 pool vacuum from there . Used it twice, on the third day it stopped working. I took it back to Orland Park store. An arrogant employee with a beard told me I have to send it back to manufacturer.. " nothing he could do". I called the manufacturer from the store and was told "you have 15 days to return to store". Went to talk to 3 other salesman sitting by spa area.. They were very helpful! I had to drive to Tinley Park for replacement which was fine... The first guy was an ASS!
I am very disappointed with the service. Our pool was improperly installed. We have made numerous attempts to contact the company and the installer to have it fixed. We reach customer service, and they give us a dated for the person to come out and fix the problem, but no one ever shows up. This has happened three times. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! It is not unreasonable to ask for a broken item to be fixed!!!!!
