If you are going to buy a pool from here make sure get the right contractor in place before you purchase it. Mine was supposed to go in this Saturday, Their contractor never returned one call over. 3 week span and I got so mad they are picking up the pool this Thursday and I will be spending my $11,000 at Great Escape. We go every year to look at all the xmas trees , nice display but trees are way over priced , Exact and I mean exact trees at Menards are 40-50 percent less .

Menards might have similar trees, but we are the only ones who have ours. When you're at Menards, check to see if they have trees with metal hinges and not plastic that can break. There certainly is a reason why your ratings are rapidly dropping. Your nonexistent customer service and follow up (post-sale) is a complete joke! I certainly hope any/all that read this, heed the advise of fellow 1 star reviewers and take their business elsewhere. Great Escape (or the like) are infinitely more professional AND knowledgeable.

I ordered a new liner for my pool last fall to be installed this spring. They came out at the end of March to install, but we weren't able to use The pool until the last couple weeks because of the weather we had this year. I called American Sale as soon as we used the pool because we realized there were several sharp rocks underneath the liner, and it seems the liner is tearing because there is sand all over the bottom of the pool. Hi Holly. We spoke to our Service Team. It appears they were at your house yesterday as planned, but the cover was not left out for them to install. Also, the ladder to your pool was not feasible to remove because it was attached to your deck. Our service team noticed they needed a special tool to remove it, which they did not have on their truck. So they are coming back to your house today to finish the pool closing.
