Still waiting for someone from customer service to call back to schedule a repair on our hot tub. It’s been a week already!!!

Their customer service is horrible, from the store manager, to the scheduler to the supposed customer service department they all are a bunch of liars.

Ok so I usually don’t post negative things online and I will say that Daniel has been trying to help with my issue. However after two months of waiting and told over and over that I am a priority without any resolution I just had enough. We bought a pool late last year, during the winter it separated at the bottom on one side and also cut the liner that caused me to lose all the water it’s been sitting empty since then. We purchased an above ground pool, and it was an atrocious experience. Our salesman, Colton, was great, but installation (Mr. Nice Guy) and customer service was awful. The installation was done poorly, and customer service provided only lip service. When techs were sent to inspect the pool, they spent less than 3 minutes in our backyard, and didn't observe all of our complaints. They came earlier than scheduled and avoided us. Even the best of installs usually have an upright or two that seem like they are leaning a little. And the space between the wall and upright is totally fine too. The pool will move and settle as it’s filled with water and just naturally over time. So those may close a bit. We visited the Romeoville store a few times and recently purchased a Blackstone 28" griddle. Colton was the best as he price matched what the other competitors were.

Got an email with coupon that said $20 off an order of $100 or more. Turns out it is 20% off single item. Total waste or time. Another reason i buy at Great Escape or Amazon. I would post coupon but no option.
