Excellent, Ordered the Solarium and had it delivered and installed. Set up for delivery was when I wanted it to be which was a Saturday and they arrived when they said they would at 11:00am, it took them 2.5 hours to install and it looks great!. They took all the package material back into the truck with them. No muss or fuss for me....

We worked with Alexis Bonavota (manager) and had a fantastic experience while shopping. Alexis was honest, professional and very knowledgeable re: patio furniture (we were shopping for a leisure set with fire pit). Alexis provided outstanding customer service and is a true asset to the American Sale Family! The delivery and installation crew were equally as exceptional as Alexis! Definitely highly recommend American Sale and Alexis when shopping, you will not be disappointed!!!

We were very pleasantly surprised with the level of expertise and enthusiasm of their pool manager. If not for her abundance of energy and knowledge of the pools they sell we might have never come back. When and if you go ask for Alexis Bonavota. Honest and true to her word. Honest Abe! Second Spa purchased from American Sales. This Spa, well the Sales person was simply exceptional, and guided us to not miss anything. The Delivery Team was meticulous, neat, and instructional. Superb! Then, as luck has it, we had an operational problem. However, Tony from the Service Department came out personally, really dug into it, and found an unusual power wiring error my Electrician made.
