Baught a winter pool cover last year, was told it had a warranty. Was told they handle it in store but we were told today to contact manufacturer. THEY CAN'T HELP US!! What a crock! I will never buy from there again and I'm telling everyone do not go there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LIE TO MAKE A SALE!!!!!
