Honest Abe! Second Spa purchased from American Sales. This Spa, well the Sales person was simply exceptional, and guided us to not miss anything. The Delivery Team was meticulous, neat, and instructional. Superb! Then, as luck has it, we had an operational problem. However, Tony from the Service Department came out personally, really dug into it, and found an unusual power wiring error my Electrician made. They had a salesman that was excellent and very knowledgeable. Better than all of the other stores that we had visited. The delivery crew was fantastic. Very friendly, knowlegable, and worked hard. The only problem that we had was that they sent the wrong electrical box. So when the electrician came and found this out, he had to call them. They said that they sent the wrong one and would bring it by 10 the next morning. It was 11:30 went they brought. So had to have the electrcian come back a second day. Very good pri... read more
