I have been a great customer to American Sales for the last 15 years spending approx $15,000-$20,000 with them. I consider myself a loyal customer until recently when I was treated very bad by the assistant store manager at this store whose name is Melissa. She got very frustrated that she could not find my order that I paid for over the phone and told me to come back tomorrow. I told her I could not do that and then she stopped helping me. Customer service department is a HUGE failure to take care of an issue that I have called about 3 weeks ago & went to the corporate store. The 'District Manager' was suppose to call, I guess you really don't care about the customer who has spent thousands of dollars on a pool,hot tub & accessories in your stores.

Only reason they got a star is because ZERO in not an option. This store has the most uninformed and useless employees. NOBODY ELSE was in the store, yet the let us walk around for ten minutes without offering help. The male employee was too busy talking to the female cashier. When we did ask for help it was like we were bothering him. This isn't the first time we've had issues with the poor service here but it will be the last. Sorry that we didn't have the ladder part that you were looking for. Our outlet store does combine closeout patio furniture, game room items, hot tubs, Christmas and more with a convenience center of pool chemicals and accessories that are also in our stores.

Are you kidding me? We drove up all the way up here temped by your big sales ad online, pictures of many patio sets. What we found was a bunch of Halloween decorations and some Christmas lights. Some patio stuff, but not much to choose from. I know it's the end of the season, but really I thought there would be something here, being that it's the distribution center and the place is huge. Please out something in this huge building!

This place had just about the worst customer experience I've ever had. I bought some costume supplies from them via their web site. The sale itself was easy enough, and great price. Sadly, when I got the item, it was completely wrong: wrong color, wrong style. I asked them for an RA number, which they gave me (with no acknowledgement or apology that they made a mistake in sending me the wrong item). Unfortunately, the Mullet Wig that was ordered came in 2 colors and since neither was specified we did ship the color that the customer did not want and were out of stock on the one he was looking for. We have apologized for the misinformation a new customer service rep gave about refunds via Paypal.
