Are you kidding me? We drove up all the way up here temped by your big sales ad online, pictures of many patio sets. What we found was a bunch of Halloween decorations and some Christmas lights. Some patio stuff, but not much to choose from. I know it's the end of the season, but really I thought there would be something here, being that it's the distribution center and the place is huge. Please out something in this huge building!
This place had just about the worst customer experience I've ever had. I bought some costume supplies from them via their web site. The sale itself was easy enough, and great price. Sadly, when I got the item, it was completely wrong: wrong color, wrong style. I asked them for an RA number, which they gave me (with no acknowledgement or apology that they made a mistake in sending me the wrong item).
