I ordered 2 of the 7ft LED Spiral Light Christmas tree for outdoor decorating. I am very pleased with the brightness of the lights. Will be a nice addition. Shipping options could be better. The price for my shipping was outrageous. Thanks Mark.

After further getTing a hold of a manager she arranged for my return. I had to drive to Tilley Park and wait awhile for the store personnel to make a number of calls. In the end I was able to return the unused never opened item. Thank you.

Sandy from the Spa department did a great job answering my questions regarding the spa electrical hook up problems i had. Was able to get it figured out quickly after sending her a few pictures taken from my mobile phone.
My hot tub jets were working so I contacted American Sale. Sandy worked with me diligently throughout the process and responded to my emails timely and efficiently! The tech arrived on time for the service call and was able to show me what the problem was.

I had called service and spoken with Sandy. We had an issue where our spa controls were not working. I scheduled a service call and Sandy indicated that they could have someone out the next morning. I went ahead and scheduled it and best of all there was no need for me to be here during the repair. The service/ diagnoses and trip fee was discussed up front and parts would be additional.
