i bought my spa from American sales in 2013. i had problems with the lights and jets right after i had purchased it. they repaired the lights for free and mailed out the jets for free. i have not had any other problems since then. the service department are fantastic people to deal with.

while the staff in the store, is always very friendly, we ordered some Christmas decorations. My husband went to the warehouse to pick them up and the staff was extremely rude there..we won't be doing that again

I want to thank the pool customer service manager (I believe her name was Allison) for taking care of us when we had a huge problem with our pool install. She went above and beyond what was expected of her to make things right after we were greatly inconvenienced. Although at first I was quite agitated, she calmly and thoroughly explained the plan of attack to fix all our issues. Today was our install day! I can not thank Jonathon and his team for such a great job this morning! The pool looks amazing! They cleaned everything up, went through the invoice and answered all my questions! Thank you Sherry for the awesome advise and help! I hope this helps others who are in need of information. This is definitely not a DYI job! Call Sherry and Jonathon and leave it up to the professionals!

Despite the negative reviews I see posted on Yelp for this store, I can only describe my personal experience with American Sale's customer service as outstanding. I ordered 3 sets of LED Christmas lights from their website on November 19 and received them on November 28. When I opened them to test the lights and make sure they worked, I discovered that a remote was missing from one of the sets. I emailed American Sale on November 28, requesting a replacement remote. As of today 11/9/2012, I have a new pool in my back yard!!! It was installed by a company 100x better than the company who installed the first defective pool!!!! There isn't even a single wrinkle in the liner!!! (unlike the previous liner) Apparently, American Sale worked some sort of magic, because the new replacement pool arrived at my house about a week ago, and the top notch company they hired came out this week to complete the job!! After a few consecutive BAD EXPERIENCES with American Sales, I found Cynthia Boilek who assisted my next two purchases (Jumbo Springfree Trampoline, and an Olhausen Select Series Custom Pool Table) with time, attention, great customer service, and delivered a quality sales experience on both occasions.
