I have purchased a all my lights from here in the past and had great luck with service and selection. So when I needed a couple more strands because of some vandals. I came here. I had heard before the holiday's that there was going to be a shortage. But I chalked it up to the media creating a mad dash to spark the economy. They did a good job because I have never seen the shelves so empty. Only the crappy one's were left. But they still have a lot of tree's and decorations.
0 stars if I could. Since the beginning of purchasing my pool there had been rudeness, lies and outright anti customer tactics. So that being said I've had enough and will switch to The Great Escape. Purchase pool parts missing, installer lies and tried to deny and charge extra for prepaid stuff. Pump failed 2 years, skimmer support shattered. BUYER BEWARE!! I would give it zero stars if I could but the system doesn't allow you to. We bought an outdoor patio at the Tinley outlet location. We got sold a bill of goods, as they had marketed this patio set to be supposedly over 6k original price and we thought we were scoring big time with end of year sale for 2k! We have called this location three times because we did not receive two deliveries. No one has bothered To call us back. Horrible delivery service. How can you say something is on its way to be delivered and suddenly it is out of stock? Very suspect. It would be nice if the company was just honest. We also bought an outdoor wicker sectional. This is the absolute worst place we have ever dealt with!!! We ordered a hot tub in the middle of July of last year and still have no idea when we are getting it almost a year later. They have told us so many lies that we just can't keep up with them anymore. The new manager at the Tinley store is so rude and hateful when we try to call to find out information. Terrible customer service. If you need to speak with someone over the phone be prepared to be sent to a phone that rings and then hangs up on you. This was after false information was given and delivery promises went unmet.

Terrible service I have an expensive HotTub purchased from the Romeoville branch It is only 2 years old and barely used and it is inside NOT outside it' sprung a leak and it took the service staff three weeks to come and look at it they repaired the wrong thing and it leaked worse all over the inside of the house and when they came back and discovered it was a small part beneath the tub and I'm sitting here 8 weeks without a working tub Thay are Awful at service please Buy elsewhere Shop anywhere bt here
I'm not sure how this place is even allowed to operate. I ordered an item online over three weeks ago. They charged me right away, but now it is near impossible to get any answers as to where my item is. Three emails- no response. Weekly calls that just go to a voice message system- no returned calls.
