We have called this location three times because we did not receive two deliveries. No one has bothered To call us back. Horrible delivery service. How can you say something is on its way to be delivered and suddenly it is out of stock? Very suspect. It would be nice if the company was just honest. We also bought an outdoor wicker sectional. The cushion that was missing has still not been delivered. The woman said she didn't really know where it was and didn't see it on the order. They did dojjhsomething right!! ... read more

This is the absolute worst place we have ever dealt with!!! We ordered a hot tub in the middle of July of last year and still have no idea when we are getting it almost a year later. They have told us so many lies that we just can't keep up with them anymore. The new manager at the Tinley store is so rude and hateful when we try to call to find out information. Terrible customer service. If you need to speak with someone over the phone be prepared to be sent to a phone that rings and then hangs up on you. This was after false information was given and delivery promises went unmet.

Terrible service I have an expensive HotTub purchased from the Romeoville branch It is only 2 years old and barely used and it is inside NOT outside it' sprung a leak and it took the service staff three weeks to come and look at it they repaired the wrong thing and it leaked worse all over the inside of the house and when they came back and discovered it was a small part beneath the tub and I'm sitting here 8 weeks without a working tub Thay are Awful at service please Buy elsewhere Shop anywhere bt here

I'm not sure how this place is even allowed to operate. I ordered an item online over three weeks ago. They charged me right away, but now it is near impossible to get any answers as to where my item is. Three emails- no response. Weekly calls that just go to a voice message system- no returned calls. The store itself is only open a few days a week. I live in the city and highly skeptical driving to Tinley Park is going to resolve my issues. I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. This was by far the worst service I've ever had in my life. I had an inground pool put in and was given a total price of $22,000. Chris at American sales in Tinley park was the least professional person I've ever dealt with. He got his money and never returned a phone call. On top of that, he had my wife do all of the work. RUN AWAY! So we purchased an Artisian 850b spa in July/August of this year for $6700 had it only a short while, no one was wiling you help set up the hot tub or give advice on how to set it up. The company only wanted to push selling me more chemicals. I called at least 12 times trying to get help. Then I only had the damn spa a few weeks a the water fall wasn't flowing out properly it came out crooked. I purchased a patio umbrella from American Sales last July, and it ended up breaking in less than a year, they've told me that the part that's broken isn't covered under my warranty... which is very convenient for THEM, so the part cost me 45 dollars plus tax, and if i want them to replace the part it would be an additional $120 dollars. Beware of ordering online. I ordered over a month ago an item which was at the Tinley Park location, but requested the item to be transferred to the Lansing location since it's closer to home. So, I had called multiple times at both locations since I never received a notification to pick up my item. Kept getting the runaround. Finally, yesterday I got a voicemail from someone from this location that unfortunately the item I had ordered was no longer available. Disappointed. They need to improve overall.
