Absolutely amazing service! We bought our Christmas tree a week before the holiday weekend and the tree is beautiful. It was the tree I fell in love with at their retail store for a fraction of the price. The customer service I received on the phone by Leslie continued once I arrived at the outlet location and also involved Bob's help. I just received my Lemax Yulesteiner in time for Christmas & it is so cute & perfect! Lemax pieces can be very fragile so I'm VERY happy & relieved that it arrived with nothing broken! Thank you so much to my shipment packer Paul who took the time to Carefully wrap my purchase so it was safe & secure & also putting the fragile sticker on! I really recommend American Sale, they had Fast & Safe (thank you Paul) shipping & I am soooooo Happy :)

We were looking for patio furniture and went to American sale. Unfortunately we did not find anything that fit our patio. What we did receive was excellent service from Nigel at this facility. He went above and beyond our expectations, bringing down a very heavy table for us to look at. When you come to American Sale ask for Nigel. He will help you out!

Brandon was extremely helpful in finding the part I needed. Took less than one business day to ship a part from across the state to this store, and then get the order ready to ship directly to my home later the same day. Part should arrive in a few days.
