We were looking for patio furniture and went to American sale. Unfortunately we did not find anything that fit our patio. What we did receive was excellent service from Nigel at this facility. He went above and beyond our expectations, bringing down a very heavy table for us to look at. When you come to American Sale ask for Nigel. He will help you out!

Brandon was extremely helpful in finding the part I needed. Took less than one business day to ship a part from across the state to this store, and then get the order ready to ship directly to my home later the same day. Part should arrive in a few days. Stellar customer service. Hope his boss sees this!

I ordered 2 of the 7ft LED Spiral Light Christmas tree for outdoor decorating. I am very pleased with the brightness of the lights. Will be a nice addition. Shipping options could be better. The price for my shipping was outrageous. Thanks Mark.

After further getTing a hold of a manager she arranged for my return. I had to drive to Tilley Park and wait awhile for the store personnel to make a number of calls. In the end I was able to return the unused never opened item. Thank you.
