I received great service from Scott. He was knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. He answered all my questions and concerns. The installer arrived one hour before the scheduled time which was alright with us it didn't tie up our day they were gone by 10:00. They did a great job installing the gazebo and they cleaned up after they were done. Great service all around.

I came into store at 2 on sunday and watched a young man look at me behind counter then walk away. There was one other worker taking care of someone buying an umbrella. I stood at counter for 15 minutes waiting to purchase a solar cover. Finally, she gazed at me long enough where I got to tell her I needed a solar cover. She said ok let her finish with current customer. Another 7 minutes later she came back to me, and I told her what I needed and which store sent me to her outlet. RecommendedMy pool is 2 years old. My heater quit working last year, I tried getting ahold of someone to fix it and no return phone calls. Get it together this year and finally at the end of July I get someone to come look at it and of course it is broke and not covered under the warranty that I was told I had. Terrible customer service. Do NOT recommend!
