Honestly, the initial contact person from Americor was kind, and professional but she wasnt as forthright as she couldve been. My goal was stated from the beginning of this conversation to unite both debts between my wife and I. This representative claimed she would collect my information first, and then my wifes.She had me complete (what I thought was the preliminary step), so she had me sign several documents electronically.
