I was totally confused at first. Finally understood what I was suppose to do.
The representative did a great job of making understand what my part is.
This company does a good job with settling my debts. I started the program in November and have three creditors settled. I am letting the program work for me.
Mr. Kennedy answered all of my questions, he answered all of my doubts. He just put everything in perspective and he broke it down where I understood everything that was going to be done and he had all the right answers. He was very patient. It's beautiful, it has helped me with my finances a lot more.

Absolutely the best customer service one could ask for when one has to deal with such a painful process as debt consolidation - very empathetic staff and support personnel who answered all of my questions all the time in a very responsive manner.
