So far, they have been very easy to work with and really show a level of empathy and caring that I did not expect.
So far, I think that Americor is doing their best, but I think they can do better. I follow the company on Facebook and they do reply to most of the comments. I just wish that they would check in with me more often. I am still nervous and insecure about my debt, but I feel that Americor was my best choice. I was with Debt Relief a few years ago and I didn't care for them, although I did have a personal rep who contacted me. I didn't feel that I had all the necessary information. They have been very understanding & helpful
So simple, so easy, great relief. Everything that Paul said just happened and I'm really happy. It was no stress, no anxiety it was good. Very timely, I'm very happy.
I rate a 5, because I was so stress out with my bills. I received a note that I consulate my bills. I said to myself. I'll give them a call and ask questions and see. The person that help was very helpful very knowledgeable. So I was happy at the end because I was stress free.
Explain so that I could understand. They were concerned and considerate. They listened to me carefully. They looked to see what program would my situation fit in.
