The client portal is very easy to navigate and very easy to understand. I like it better than a lot of other portals that I've used in the past. Everybody's been very responsive when I had questions, things have been very thoroughly explained to me and I feel like I I truly understand what's going on in the process. The customer service has been excellent. The experience so far has been very positive.
