Good customer service you leave a message they will call you back in couple hours
Get as much detail and upfront information as possible before committing. I've gotten my questions answered quickly. It can be annoying to talk to a different representative each time you call in instead of having an assigned rep. Overall it's been good, not great, but I would use the word good.
